Evan Grob is an experienced South Florida-based litigator with over three decades of experience in tort and medical malpractice disputes involving public entities.
As Chief of the Torts and Medical Malpractice Section of the Miami-Dade County Attorney’s Office, Evan led lawyers defending the County and the Public Health Trust in personal injury, automobile, slip and fall, wrongful death, false arrest, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. He worked closely with clients, carriers, and co-counsel to evaluate risk and pursue efficient, durable resolutions.
Evan developed a reputation for sound judgment, skilled negotiation, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. His calm demeanor and straightforward communication help turn charged disputes into focused, constructive discussions.
